Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Regenerative Constructs LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“Regenerative Constructs,” “SystemLens,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account, joining a membership intended for SystemLens, or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SystemLens.

SystemLens provides private, access-controlled workspaces for organizing goals, projects, context, tasks, knowledge, reviews, check-ins, and requests. Available capabilities depend on your verified identity, Whop membership, internal entitlement, role, workspace, feature flags, allowance, and security posture. Features may differ by offer and may change as the service is improved.

A Launch Pass is a bounded workspace. Its agent conversations are subject to service availability and the allowance shown for your plan; if generative assistance is unavailable or an allowance is exhausted, deterministic workspace tools remain usable. Connectors, media, external tools, outbound actions, autonomous workflows, and experimental previews are not included unless separately and explicitly enabled for your account.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract where you live.
• You must provide accurate information and use an account you are authorized to control.
• Google is the primary SystemLens login identity. Whop supplies membership and commercial status. Initial linking may require the verified Google and Whop emails to match.
• You are responsible for protecting your devices, sessions, and authentication factors and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.
• You may not sell, transfer, share, or impersonate another person’s account. We do not silently merge accounts based only on a matching email.

Whop is the current catalog, checkout, membership, and commercial-status provider. The price, billing interval, trial, renewal, and cancellation terms shown in the applicable Whop offer at checkout control that purchase. Paid recurring memberships renew until canceled as disclosed at checkout. Cancellation is managed through Whop. SystemLens does not automatically upgrade or charge you for a different plan.

A $0 membership can still be subject to usage limits, review dates, support boundaries, and eligibility rules. Sponsored access is invitation-only, individually approved, reviewable, and not a promise of permanent subsidized service. Unless a specific offer or applicable law says otherwise, refunds and billing disputes are handled under the terms presented by Whop and the applicable offer.

A checkout return page is not proof of membership. SystemLens access activates only after verified provider evidence is reconciled. If membership ends, access may be frozen or reduced while account and workspace data are preserved under the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide. You grant Regenerative Constructs a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, follow your permitted instructions, and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide the content and instructions you submit.

Do not submit highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for the workspace. Review seeded context, correct inaccuracies, and do not rely on an inference as a confirmed fact.

You may not use SystemLens to:

• break the law, violate another person’s rights, deceive, harass, exploit, or facilitate harm;
• access another user or tenant, probe security, bypass an allowance or feature gate, or introduce malware;
• submit credentials, regulated data, or third-party information you are not authorized to process;
• use automation to send spam, conduct unauthorized surveillance, or take external actions without required consent and review;
• reverse engineer or disrupt the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• resell or provide account access to others without a written agreement with us.

AI assistance, if separately enabled, can produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect material. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. SystemLens is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, safety, employment, or other licensed professional advice, and it must not be used as the sole basis for a high-impact decision.

High-risk actions may require recent two-factor verification, explicit approval, additional terms, or a separately enabled capability. Ordinary workspace access does not authorize billing changes, sensitive connectors, substantial exports, cross-tenant disclosures, invitations, or autonomous/write-capable workflows.

Google, Whop, and any separately enabled connector or provider operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability and conduct are outside our control. We are not responsible for a third-party service, but we remain responsible for our own handling of information as described in the Privacy Policy. Canceling or disconnecting one service may not automatically cancel or delete records in another.

You may stop using SystemLens at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when membership ends, an account creates security or legal risk, these terms are violated, payment status requires it, or operation of the service is no longer reasonably possible. Where appropriate, we will use a reviewable and proportionate response. We do not delete workspace data merely because a membership event deactivates; retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

SystemLens software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and service-generated materials other than your content are owned by Regenerative Constructs or its licensors. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service. If you voluntarily provide feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation, but we will not treat private workspace content as public feedback.

To the extent permitted by law, SystemLens is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular business or personal outcome, or that every error will be corrected. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Regenerative Constructs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to SystemLens will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the revised version and, for a material change, provide notice appropriate to the service and applicable law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, you must stop using the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local law requires otherwise. These terms do not create an arbitration requirement or class-action waiver. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
